Setting up an Appointment Schedule

After your initial examination with Dr.Houle, he will set an adjustment schedule for you to follow through your Intensive Care, Reconstructive and Maintenance phases.  It is crucial that you maintain your schedule of appointments with
Dr. Houle throughout, especially during the Critical Care Phase, and to continue with the doctor's schedule even if you think you are better and no longer require treatments.
The Chiropractic Assistant will work with you to schedule appointments when it is most convenient for you and we ask for your cooperation in keeping all the appointments (or advising us when you are unable to attend or need to reschedule), thereby assisting in reaching your Maintenance phase as quickly as possible. 
NOTE:  If you are unable to attend an appointment for any reason, we ask that you contact the office immediately to reschedule in order to better facilitate our other patients.

ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment with Dr. Houle, please be advised that you may need to wait to see the doctor.  As a courtesy to our other patients who have arrived on time for their appointment, we will continue to see them at their scheduled time and will fit you in as soon as possible.
If you will not be able to attend your scheduled appointment time, you must call the office at least 24 hours in advance, as we reserve that time for you and we may apply a charge for any appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours.
